Rate: $250 per 50-minute session

Individual therapy provides a personalized, one-on-one space where we work collaboratively to address the challenges you are facing. We will use evidence-based interventions to help reduce symptoms and support you in making meaningful, lasting changes.

Additionally, I provide consultation services for mental health professionals and those in other disciplines, fostering a holistic approach to treatment through collaborative and cross-disciplinary perspectives.
